At least the price isn't up through the roof.  That's unusual these days.  :mad2:

Cincinnati is only about 5 hrs. from here.  Pretty much 'just around the block' for me :D :D

Actually, I lived there for 30+ years, and both of my sons still live there.

Oxford is NW of Cincy, and home of Miami University, which is the wife's alma mater.

I know that area VERY well.  :D :D :D

One lives in the Price Hill area, and the other is in the UC area.

By 'Hamiltucky' I assume you mean Hamilton?

I ran a small business in 'the sprawling metropolis' of Shandon called Shandon Iron & Steel for a number of years.  Are you familiar with the name?

Yep, Hamilton.

No, business doesn't ring a bell, but then few years ago I wasn't into tractors and needed steel to build attachments :D

My cousin used to live in Shandon, ran a plumbing, septic tank installation, and general backhoe work, but he passed about 6-7 yrs ago.

I used to go to the vet there in Shandon too.
