According to the instruction manual it can be overridden with the foot control

Great score. Now put it on something - maybe the motor home LOL

The Attachment Interchange Manual says that it's for the HT18 and HT20 only.  However I'm hoping that it will go on my HT20D.

If not, I guess that I'll just have to find an HT18 or HT20 to put it on :D :D :D

I have both of these already. :D

My hand speed control unit came off a HT23.

Congrats on the neat find.

I've been thinking about rigging up some kind of hand control for my HT20. Thanks for posting this as it gives me some idea of how to make one work.

Arti,

You might want to check with bhts (Bob's Lawn and Garden Tractors) who is one of our sponsors.

I bought a 3-pt hitch from him, and went to his place to pick it up.  As he gave me the 'tour' I did see a Large Frame with one of those on it.  He may still have it.

  • Arti said thank you

Nice find OB You don't see those up for sale very often. I've seen one in all my years on eBay.

The 3 points are becoming far and few between as well, and often go for more then you got it for, as I'm sure you know.

I've got HT-18 and a few 20's if you need a tractor to fit your speed control.
: )
Head east to NJ and haul a few home. RV parking welcome. I've got a 50 & 30 amp RV post set up for the in-laws RV when they visit.

Dang!  Talk about fast shipping.

It arrived around 2:45 today.  Seller sure didn't waste any time getting it to UPS.

Looks like it's all there, and definitely NOS.

Now all I need is a bit of decent weather :D :D :D

OB. I am glad you like it. I will let my dad know. I never knew he had that hand control. He had been asking my brother and I for a couple of years if he should sell the 3pt. I dont think he ever used it. Post a few pics of the hand control if you ever get it mounted.
