Would you happen to have a picture of this Tractor?
I'm not too knowledgeable with these but I'm sure others will chime in with their thoughts.

From the engine code, the engine at least is a 1980. I've never seen one of those before, so I can't offer any more help than that. I would say that it might be a regional company or that it was manufactured by another company for Gilson and they tweaked the sheet metal to make it their own. The back end of the hood looks a lot like a Jacobson to me, but that's just MHO. This is all just speculation though, and I hope someone comes along with some better info for you. BTW I like the pic of the WH!

I gave an old Montgomery wayd to my grand father in the spring that looked Identical to that I dont have anypictures but when I get a chance Ill see if I can get some the only difference in the two is the grille part the grille is the same except for the top of it it doesnt have the hump at the top like yours. But every thing else is the same its a hydro (weighs a ton) the lever for the hydro is on the dash it had a twin cylider engine on it originally but was gone when my father recovered it and I got it from him for my grandfather. He just wanted something to pull a lawn cart with so we put an 8hp briggs on it he got for 25.00 (runs good). Im not sure but I think it says power master or something like that on the side of the hood as I said ill check next time I go over there. Thanks Josh

You could donate it to my favorite charity LOL! But seriously, you could post it in the classified that we have now and see what happens.
