I was given this and got it home today. Engine is froze up, PO left the plug and air filter off and it has rusted. Gotta love a challange.

Is that a Briggs on that. Can't quite make out what the engine is. Left the plug out of it? That's a shame!

Yes a 5hp Briggs 130202 0135 07 Code 7806120. I have been searching for a parts listing or manual for either the tiller or the engine.

Well, the engine is junk, Pictures tell the story. I kept all the pieces so I might beable to make the clutch lever work with a different engine.

Yes, and without a manual and knowing if parts may be available I have resigned it to a junk box. I will troll some flee markets next weekend and see what I can find for a re-power.

  Looks like it wouldn't be hard to build a bracket off the frame for the clutch pivot pin.
