I think I saw something posted in the past about the best way to remove an old decals from the tractor. Can anyone remember where that post might be? Also, any tricks to removing the front wheels, i.e. getting the dust caps off without tearing them up?

I know when I over grease the front wheels on the Power King I sometimes push out the dust cap, might work for you too

They sell a special wheel for an angle grinder that takes them right off. A heat gun can work, but, typically leaves a sticky mess.
I used that wheel a few years ago, nice!!

For the decals, I've had good results, using a heat gun. Any residual glue can
be removed with laquer thinner.
