finished putting the rest of the decals on the 400 today and it sure looks better . worked on the front blade some you guys are going to like it . its 60" wide 24" tall with a 4" deep deflection, bend , radius . the blade was 55$ to have it sheered and rolled and the cutting edge isn't finished yet its some hardened steel they have to cut with the plasma cutter . there also going to cut the square holes for flush mount bolts .

Replaced the fuel Shutoff solenoid and wires to it on my Murray Yard King 22 hp 52" mower model 5216X089A, yesterday. It leaked gas and caught fire some time back and burnt the connector and shut down before I got it out. Got the parts last Wednesday. Then I had nothing for power to switch or solenoid.
I found a schematic today and found there is a 15 amp fuse between the ammeter and switch.
I'm betting that is blown and will check it out when I get home tonight.

went back to the drawing board on the Murray, it would not run after I replaced the fuse.
Had to take the carb back down and change the location of the jet in the bowl so it was 90 degrees from the float hinge.
Then gave it a shot of starting fluid and now it's running fine.

Pulled the carb. off the MF14 and gave it a good cleaning. Battery had gone down so I'm giving it a good slow charge over night.

I got a little bit of shop tim this afternoon and spent it working on the K90 that I'm hoping will end up in the RJ-58. It doesn't look good for the coil in this thing though. The insulation is badly cracked and the windings appear to be corroded significantly. On the up-side, I drained the oil out of it and it looks almost new!

Reworked my Tow Hitch, cut 3 1/2" out of it and it works great. Got the Cub about 6" off the ground and worked fine.

got my cub cadet original fired up today, after cleaning carb, would only go in 1st and reverse,i guess since it had sat so long the 2nd and third shifting linkage inside the gear boxwas stuck took shifter off and and loosened it up with a hammer and block of wood.Drove it around the neighboorhood, next willbe changing the fluids and rebuiding the carb. The kohler sounds good and does not smoke, this is the first kohler i have had ,suprised at the power it puts out
