Ran good , only thing when I brought it back to the garage the engine was racing , the intake where it mounts to the head moved and kept the throttle up lol

Yea, with the narrow chassis the drive belt can be a pain to change. Make sure to look at the clutch assembly, there have been some failures there causing the clutch not to dis-engage with bad results.

Stuck a new fuse in the roper rt16 so I have lights... probably gonna be hooking up the snowblower arse deep in snow and miserable weather.

Torched the new fuse... positive wire came loose, no light

Had to repair a tie rod on Sears last night, ball came out of socket while my son was mowing. Wonderful as soon as you get out of the truck when you get home to hear your tractor has no steering :wallbanging: I put it back in, peened the edges over and off she went.

Glad he is home from college, he mowed all the yard and most of the 1 1/2 acres of field.

Swapped out the pto shaft and bearings on the Gravely.

This could be why it ate the bearings.

That would be a cause for concern!

put a new bolt in the hood hinge on the roper rt16, and stuck a new fuse in, because the posi lead for the lights would pop off the boltless side, short out the system, and melt the fuse.

Lights work!
