I have spent the  last 2 weeks screwing with this motor . Damn thing just won't fire right :wallbanging:

I am resorting to an unconventional flywheel/Induction coil conversion recommended by Lauber .

I finally got around to rewiring the lights on my Wheel Horse C-120.

I also wired in a kill switch on the Amigo.

I spent most of the day cleaning the workshop!    Rick

I drained the gasoline/oil mix from the crankcase and replaced with fresh oil because someone forgot to turn off the fuel cock last time he used the tractor and apparently the float leaks.

I adjusted the neutral return spring on Alice Saturday. Made a big difference. Let off the pedal in Fwd or Rev and she stops on a dime! We got a pressure washer last week and she'll get a bath soon. Still wearing that Kentucky dirt from plowing.

Verbally abused the craftsman.

Battery is so weak, it won't hold a charge long enough for me to stop the tractor to have lunch. I go to restart the tractor and, no go... I stalled it in the middle of the yard, left it there, took pictures and put it on kijiji.

Nah... Too broke.

All joking aside, I bought the tractor last fall, been running it as is all winter... Just fiddled with the carb so it didn't choke me out with the smoke...

I put a 420 CCA in mine (3 so far) and not has an issue. BOH will get a 420 but no core so I have to pay full price.

Finally started fabricating some new foot plates for the LGT (work in progress!)

Edit- now it makes me realize how bad the dash and the control lever cover is! Another project to come! (please excuse the missing steering wheel center- I have the nut/column  soaking in PB blaster 24/7 to get the steering wheel ready to remove.)

Took the carb off the Murray B&S 21 V twin, gas was running out of the muffler.

Got the Sears mowing deck repaired ( lose idler pulley), replaced the mule drive idler ( bearings) and a new fancy red Kevlar belt

( thanks Bolens 1000)  and back to cutting grass.  Any longer and would've been bailing it soon.

Pulled apart the Murray GT so I could get the carb off the B&S V twin, had to clean out everything, changed the fuel filter. It was running rough the other day when I was discing, I cut the engine off and gas was running out the exhaust pipe. Runs great again!
