sheared the wheel keyway on the Rancher 83 model left side axle and replaced the alloy 1 for a steel 1as it should have had all the time .

Checked all the bolts & bits on the home built Tractor , only 1 allen key screw was a tad loose on a pulley , Finished setting up the foot brakes too, (cable brakes )stainless steel cable & they are deadly sudden on the stop

Added grease & oil mix to the g/box on the Rancher 2 & set the drive chain & clutch belt tension as well, Tightened up the front end cradle pivot bolt as it was way loose

Replaced front wheel bearings in the Massey 14.  The right wheel bearings came out in pieces! :tapping_fingers:

Cleaned up 3 bolt holes on the john deere 300 seat, accidentally stripped 4th hole.image.jpg

I also put the seat on and made motor sounds!

Another thing I did. Moto Mower 6020 axle seals are done. Gonna make new ones some time this week...

Made a front weight bracket for my Massey 14 since it was missing its original.  Waiting for warmer weather to prime/paint.  Also started rewiring the 14 as well.

Patched a hose on the front end loader, they really need replacing and aren't that expensive.

Changed the oil and cleaned the fuel system on the Model 36 motor .

I started and drove Rusty , found out the clutch pulley was loose , so I wrenched it back into place and tightened the set screw. Took his chains off.

Started (turned the key :D ) and drove the SS12 around , parked it out front all day with a 4sale sign , just in case.

Also repurposed a rolling box frame into a rolling motor stand/table for the shop .

And took the wheel weights off of the SS12 to put onto Rusty.

Brought a lgt145 home today. Tried charging the battery. No luck. Pumped up tires to see if they will hold. More things to check tomorrow.

took the cutter belt off the JD Sabre to replace when i can as it come off & took pieces out of it

otherwise just oil checks & the odd tyre pump up thing on a couple Machines , 83 Rover Rancher rider & the Toro XL440-h ,1 front tire on each Machine goes down over a week , i am still opting what grill to use on the home made tractor

New battery in the lgt145. Runs with a lack of power. Checked the idle and main load jet. I backed the main load jet screw all the way out and never could get it to smoke (over fuel ). Making a list of things to check tomorrow. Painting the wheels on the cc782. Hope to get the tires back on next week.

I adjusted the valves on my recently required, very low hour Murray Garden tractor. The guy traded it back to me for an old invertor and a stainless gas grill I was going to toss out.

Got the fuel system of the JD 110 back together. Dumped the crankcase full of 20-50 Harley oil, to use for a flush. Installed the battery, turned on the key, turned to start position, NADA, ZIP,  DEAD. Looking at the wiring, time to build a complete new wire harness.

Moved the tractor into the garage, got out of the sun, time for some fun.

I do enjoy building wiring harnesses, not at all intimidated with doing that, there was a time though;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; LOL
