Changed the oil and man was I surprised! I've owned Onan engines over the years, and knew there was a big block, but I thought that was the 22-24 h.p., I never realized the 19.9 was also a big block, but 3.5 qts of oil later, I'm educated!

Yea, lots of room for oil, and add the filter too. I can't remember how much I had to put in this one.

Engine plate says 3.5, but mine has a remote filter that holds about half a quart as well. So I'm in at about 4 quarts.

New regulator showed up, had it changed in 5 mins then fired It up, hitched up the box blade and graded drives some. It was nice and soft due to snow/freeze then thaw this week.

Working on a plan to eliminate the electric winch

IMG_20160222_180405.jpg The little buggers ate some of the breather hose !

Still bunches way down in there beyond my fingers and vacuum.

Well I needed to check the motor mounts anyway so here goes !

Yep mounts need some work, and the shaft bushing, and the flywheel screen, and the fiber disc :wallbanging: ...

Least the rear axle is draining with out gobs of goo and water !!! Dirty yes, but looks like a good wipe, refill, and new filter will do it

Unbelievable - I went and found a new float for the SS12 last night on the internet . I ordered it up .

That thing was sitting on my porch when I got home today !!!! Literally was at my house in less than 24 hours. :worshippy1:

I can't believe it !

So I put it on just now and fired up the beast !! Took it for a ride down the block and back , It's running pretty good now and no spewing gas all over the place.

S*#t , hold on and be careful dumping the clutch in 3rd -Hi -  the thing does wheelies. :D
