Finished putting a rear pto on the Gravely 18H. A fairly easy bolt in assembly.

Sanded, applied rust-reformer, and re-painted my 42" front blade. Almost ready for winter!

Question for those of you who use a blade to move snow instead of a blower: Is it helpful to apply some sort of non-stick coating to the blade to help keep the snow from sticking? I just used a simple rust-resistant black spray paint, but was considering another coating.

Out of curiosity, if you used Rustoleum Rust Reformer, did you let it sit for the 24 hrs like it says before top coating? I didn't on my trailer tool box and everything is peeling. All else I have used it on, I let it sit overnight and have had no issues.

Ordered parts for NI EGT 150. Did some thinking on how to mount the Craftsman snow blade to the EGT.

Today's agenda: Go get my ears lowered, pick up a few groceries and supplies, then crawl under the Toro 322D and pull the driveline out for new rubber couplers. While under there, I hope to pull the adapter off the Sundstrand and install a new seal there. Get the fluid topped off. Then it's ready for duty again. We'll mow at least one more time before it get put away for the winter.

Well, I got the offending parts out and new goodies put back in. So that has to be a plus!

Went to my Wizard (AYP) with the bucket on it and no response to the key, battery is fine so I guess it's relay, safety switch or ignition switch related. I hat these kind of problems, rather see a big part break, at least I know what to fix.

Wow I never seen this before just for wrenching. That's all I have been doing for the last year so I'll just show what I recently done & give you the link if you want to follow.

I recently started to put my MTD 990 back together. Problem was too much black so I took all the levers off & painted them Metallic Charcoal. Let me know what you think & be honest  :D

What kind of paint is it?

I started out with the Etching primer on the left. Some of these parts have been hanging in my garage for months with no indication of rust reappearing.

I used the black in the middle for most of the tractor.

I recently used the Metallic Charcoal on the right for accents.

I haven't made up my mind on the hood & fenders yet. I love the green that Daniel used on his Unico15. I also like the Dodge Essential Pearl Blue but very costly. After I used the MC I'm thinking about using that for the hood & fenders.  :tapping_fingers:

Weighted the rear wheels on the MTD during the week 20 KG per wheel, 1 weight on the inside & 2 on the outer , it made a big difference to the traction
