Thought you guys would be interested in this.

I'd sure love to there, and be part of it.

No phones, no office politics, fax machines, etc.  and no government safety

inspectors seen anywhere. They'd just freak out, if

the ever walked in there.

But if you look closely, all three of them have all their

fingers.

Thanks for sharing

Good to see people are still making things by hand the old fashioned way and taking pride in what they do.

Nothing like a Steam powered line shaft factory. Dad still wants to set up a line shaft shop at his home for a home shop. Line shaft machinery is still very reasonable around most parts.

Will, Thank You for sharing, I enjoyed it !! :D

Thanks for sharing the link Will! That was great to see! We have a large Amish community nearby and their "machinery man" has a machine shop set up that runs off of a line shaft. I don't know what he uses to power it though. We also have and old water wheel grist mill locally that still grinds wheat and corn, but it's far from a business venture like those folks are running. It's just a historical building that's owned by the park service and it's set up so that the public can tour it and see how things used to be done.

...But if you look closely, all three of them have all their fingers...
That may be so, but the dog appears to missing part of it's tail LOL
