pegs 001 (Small).jpg pegs (Small).jpg pegs 002 (Small).jpg pegs 003 (Small).jpg Got a buddy seat for the wife so she can ride w/ me in comfort. Some 1/2" conduit,a bender and some small sq tube I have that fits one in the other. I've found the easiest way to mig something to conduit is start the arc and as soon as the zinc burns off and a puddle forms, stop, let the metal cool a few seconds and do another tack. I made the pegs so they're removeable if need be. I used some self sticking anti slip tape I have.
I also used some 2 1/2" hard foam insulation I have on hand to fill the space between the back of the seat and the rack. Otherwise there's a hole between them which isn't very comfy!!
