If the pain came on all of a sudden, rest is the best help, for MY body.

To stop it in the future, 99% of the people with back pain can be helped by loosing belly fat and doing daily "crunches".

Only 1% will loose the weight, the other 98% repeatedly suffer.

I asked two doctors for help loosing weight, they both almost laughed in my face. I did it myself.

I'm 42 and 5'11" 144lbs weight isn't an issue.I wish I could gain 20-30 lbs but my metabolism won't let me.Everyone in my family is skinny lol.

I got a heating pad and some 800mg Ibuprofen.I'll use it for a couple days and if it doesn't get any better I'll call the Doc and see what he says.

Well I went to the doc.

He said I overextended or (pulled a muscle) in both my lower lumbar and bottox. He prescribed a low dosage of muscle relaxer and some groovy pain pill.He said that my muscles are to tense and bunched up and that I need to start doing some sort of calisthenics. He gave me a little chart with a few exercises to do once I start to feel better.

He said if the pain persists or gets worse that I'll have to go to the hospital for further tests.I'm walking around now but very very slowly.

I found out that There is some origination that takes care of some of the Doctor bill if you have no insurance.I will still have to pay a Co-payment but most of it is covered.I will be getting insurance here very soon after going through and looking at cost VS benefits.

If I could I would definitely take it lol

Well I'm walking again, very slowly but I'm getting there.I've been following the exercise chart but some of the bending (yoga type exercises) are to painful yet.

I got so much stuff to do but I know that it will have to wait for a bit.I hope I'm able to at least mow the yard tomorrow,we'll see.

One thing every doctor, chiropractor, or physical therapist I've seen for back pain agree on.... if something you're doing while exercising/stretching hurts, don't do it!  You need to skip that stretch or not push it quite as far.  If it hurts, you're not doing your back any good.
