I need some help putting a value on an Allis B212, it runs great, new tires and rims, painted the wrong color, has a single stage snowblower to go with it and a single furrow plow. It is going to be for sale in Eastern Ontario. It is hard to put a price on it.  It is worth whatever someone will pay and you will accept.  I paid close to $1,000 for my beater HB112 last year, but it came with a mowing deck, plow, spring harrow, tiller, sickle mower, dozer blade, grader blade, blower, spare hydro tranny, etc.  I spent the winter (and another $1,000) just getting the tractor functional.  Most of the value was in the implements.

Your tractor is fresh looking, even if it isn't the original colour.  It has the wrong seat, the wrong muffler, and manual lift. The blower looks like it has seen better days. But it does have new tires, straight tins, the correct engine and air filter, and the mid PTO is still attached.  Is the BGB tight?

Hope that helps.  I see you are in Eastern Ontario.  How far from Belleville are you?

The good news is that your tractor looks sharp, and it should sell well by its condition.

The bad news is that there is no mower deck.  Traditionally, I have found that tractors with mower decks even in rotty shape will command a better price than a tractor without.  If you try to sell it now, keep in mind that you might be able to get a better price in that tractor's "attachment season."  Wintertime and snowblowers ought to help each other out.

Thanks for the help, its not my tractor actually. It belonged to a friend who passed away two  months ago and his widow would like to sell it so I thought I would try to get an idea of a value for her. The tractor is in Metcalfe, On. 15 minutes south of Ottawa. That would be about three hours one way for New. Canadian.DB. Owner
