It is a Simplivity, A/C built machine. Could have even been a Homelite branded Sim-A/C.

Wish I could see the dash. Looks like 7116 H Simplicity. I agree broken it definately needs to be rescued. Hope you can get it. Looks like ATV tires on the back. Good luck. Roger.
