I have an opportunity to scoop these up.

What would be a fair price?

Non are seized. They have compression.

The last engine looks like a 243000 series. It is really difficult to put a price on them without feeling the turn of the crank and any other indications of the conditions. You would probably be okay if you didn't pay more than $200 for them. If the engines were good then they would be worth more. Good Luck, Rick

I have an ABN on an old ME rototiller. It's about 4 hp.

To me they would be worth the money.  Wisconsin motors in good shape always seem to hold their value.
