I have a chance on buying a

Bolens 1050 - tiller - weights - snowplow & blower

Runs excellent  they want $600 for it. Needs a little cosmetic work, and some tinkering. Any thoughts on what I should offer???

I was thinking $400....Any help would be great

It sounds like a fairly good deal to start with. $400 would be a great deal, if it doesn't have any mechanical problems. Good Luck, Rick

$400 sounds like a fair offer. $600 is even a fair deal. The weights are worth 100 bucks themselves and the tiller is desirable especially if it is the square back model. Good luck.

$400 is still pricy.

$400 would be alright if the tiller is a square back, with a extensionon it, and not a round back and if all the drive shafts are there for the attachments along with the lift rods/brackets. Otherwise I would start lower, you can always go up price. JMO
