Picked up a load of wood chips today from a local Amish sawmill:

Tire Wheel Vehicle Motor vehicle Automotive tire


I'm spreading the chips around trees & shrubbery along our property line! ~~ Lowell

Great to be able to have that much mulch :thumbs: A fellow I know dropped off some wood chips for me but it has a lot of twigs that his chipper just past through so it will make more work for me to use them . It does seem to help with the soil and keeps the walk way weed free .

Hey, gmspot, any idea what your load weighed?? I hauled mine on a 10 foot long EazyDumper, they happened to have a scale where I got mine.

My loads were 5000 pounds each. Your load looks TWICE as long, WOW, that is a big load!!
My trailer is 71" x 16' w/16" sides, not sure about the weight, but it seemed to be heavier than my 790 w/fluid & 300 loader!

I keep Cottonwood sawdust for garden mulch on hand. Store it for a year minimum before use:
