Some of the best fish I ever ate was in Mississippi. Southern fried catfish. Man that stuff was good.  :D

I use to  fish in a catfish pond but I had to take the owner some filleted fish once a week

It was fun i'd catch a bluegill cuts it's head off put on a hook throw out to middle of pond and reel in a channel or blue Most of them were 5-10lbs. 30 minutes you could be headed back to the house which was just across the road
