I'm not up on my Case prices but if the engine is any count this would be nice to tinker around on!

Is this a 150?

older Case tractor with plow; no mower deck; ran before parked; hydro static transmission, half chains for rear tires, could use new tires; great for restoring! Will not ship,

I called no answer , I definitely be interested as Cincinnati's just across the river .

I had a 220 once that the son borrowed a few years back to mow his new place , never got it back and I've been wanting to get another Case  since then  as I like them .

I also thought it was a 130, but he says it is hydrostatic, (really means hydriv) but anyway the 130 was gear driven. I would say it is a 150... But I am no case expert.

Transmission: Hydra-Static Type: hydraulic drive Gears: infinite forward and reverse

The "shift" handle is on the left side, not by the steering wheel, it's big brother the 180 was the same way in '65

In the last Pic it says it's Model # 130.Looks like it has a Gear shifter And Hydro Lift on it?.You can see the Oil cooler in the 2nd pic and the Gear shifter in Pic 5.

Here let me blow them up a bit,Hopefully this works lol.

HEY it worked. Now you can really see the Shifter.Just found out that the 130s have a 2 Speed gear box and are Hydraulic drive. The leaver on the left side is the forward/backward leaver and the shifter between your legs shifts it in Hi/Lo range.

Supposedly there were only around 10,000 130s made.

Found this video on Youtube.

Guy called early this morning , and said tractor was still available if I was interested ........sooooooooo......

Here it is , with my version of Case/IH on the trailer .
I took my 100 up to tow it up on the trailer and boy I'm glad I did .
Seems kind of ironic that my 10 hp. 1965 cub 100 pulled a 10 hp. 1965 Case 130 onto the trailer . Got a few looks on the way back home , its not something you see everyday , two GT's that old on the same trailer .

What is the condition? Looks kind of rough in the ad.

Well , I got the usual story of it ran when I parked it  ....They never mention that it was 10 years ago....

Its rough , but I've tackled worse looking machines , in fact the MTD 990 that I'm starting to restore is far worse than this Case .

I seem to have this problem with throwing money at GT's with no hope of every recovering that cost , but I look at it as a hobby and I'm tryin to preserve a piece of the past .

It will run again , I'd like to find a deck for it in the future .

Thanks Twostep for helping me spend my money ....LOL

Seriously I have been looking for another old Case , I just hope my Cubs accept it into the herd ...  :D

What part of Cincy was it in? Just curious on how close it was to me.

I'm in same boat, I have what 8 GT's now, gotta thin the herd and quit bringing home hopeless cases  that I will never work on or not get money back out of.

Good luck...going for total restore or get running and use it?

I get loks everytime I take my Sears with the bucket on it somewhere. It's like people have never seen on older GT. Really get looks with the old '64 Sears/DB 725

It was in Delhi , just west of downtown Cincinnati .

I plan on just getting it running for now , see what the engine sounds like and how the drivetrain is ,   and then maybe later after a few of my other projects ,  I'll make a decision on restoring it or selling it to someone else for a project  .

If I don't buy another GT , I have plenty of projects now  , so when I retire in  a few years I'll stay busy  ......
