I know for some it is pretty obvious but I thought it would be cool to find out how some of your names derived.

My username has been with me since I was about 18, when I was into cars and always cruising through town with the Mustang. It never failed someone would always pull up and ask you what all ya had done and I got tired of answering them and got a license plate NUTNDUN and ever since the name has stuck.

I worked the midnight shift for over 15 of 22 years. I retired and took a midnight job. I was a single father raising two children by myself and needed to be there during the day and afternoon for them.

I got the chance to run the day shift. I never looked back. My best friend called one day and I answered the phone that way. It's been two and a half years and I love a "normal" life now.

When I first got into collecting garden tractors I was looking for a name to use and most names I thought of using my name had already been tried. I finally hit on gardentractormike for my email name and have since shortened it to tractormike for use on tractor sites.

When we had our first child, each grandmother had a specific name she wanted the grandchild to call her. So as a spoof, when we had our first grandchild I told every one I wanted to be called Grumpy.
