This machine is calling my name. I know it's a shot in the dark and I am obviously not going to give anywhere near that price for it either. Is it worth even going to look at?

I don't know much about one of those but it looks like if you don't get there fast you may not :pushmower:  be able to find it.

It's a Gravely, right?  That means its always worth looking at!

Call the guy up, tell him where you're at, tell him you will haul it off for whatever you feel good giving.  Tell him you collect these tractors, and that you will give it a second shot on life and a great home.  If he's sincere that it was a "to do" project, then he might just take it!

I would check it out. They are rugged beasts! The hoods and grill assembly come up on Ebay often, I think one of our Site Sponsors may even have something?

I got an older 430 commercial (yellow and white) given to me last year, I am just waiting for the couple to return from Florida (they go for the winter) so I can go pick it up. Mine has the K301 on it.

If you go look at it, good luck!

That is a $100achine. I've bought dozens of them in that condition over the years.

That's what I was thinking that It was worth 100 bucks. I am kind of scared of the Onan engine though. Cross my fingers in hope it has fire.

Never be scared of an Onan. Pricey to rebuild, but will last for a life time. If maintained.

Onans are on about everything I have. I have Onans on all 3 of my Sears. I know they are very good engines.

If you look at the pictures on the side of the engine there is a Onan tag.
