Scrap Massey Working

Some of you may have been here during the era of the scrap massey. It was found by member WVBuzzmaster in a West Virginia junkyard and eventually it ends up being mine and winning the second ugly tractor contest. Also, two weeks ago, Casey noticed it was in the lineup of the derelicts... It was there for convenience and what the heck, it's already ugly...

Anyways, it was out earning its keep today. This is the tomato patch KK plowed yesterday.

If that thing had had that tiller on it when it was here I wouda gave you the Gilson and kept the Scrap massey for myself lol. Who knew I sold a good tractor lol
It developed a pretty healthy oil leak behind the flywheel. That engine is going to have to come off soon. :(

Great videos! Glad to see it's still going and able to work. Might need to work on the forward speed for better control when tilling, though! Good job, Ryan!

Ryan, love that finesse you have with the hydro speed control! :bigrofl: Now make fun of us old folk....we know very well how to smoothly move slow! :smilewink:
