I stopped in at a friends place this afternoon and saw his Avco New Idea EGT150, this tractor is fully functional and used regularly for what ever he needs it to do, cutting grass or clearing the driveway of snow with the snow thrower.

Super nice tractor.

Cool electric! Is this an older out of production tractor or something new?

They made about 750 of them in 1973 - 1974, based on the GE E150.

Geo at one point wanted proof of this combo . Literature was still sketchy until ~ 2 yrs ago . Seems like ancient history ( no not talking about Geo  )       .

All these tractors came with the New Idea front mounted decks, the EGT200 you can see the front mower guide bracket on it.

The front mount/rear discharge is a nice combo.
