I been thinking we should all meet up somewhere for a BIG throwdown with some yummy BBQ.

I am sure we could find a nice central location that work for almost everyone.  I could borrow my buddys big smoker (see below)  and I found a great supplier for some yummy pork.  (also see below).  I know we have some awesome cooks in this fine group.   Heck even if ya cant make it I bet we could send a bit of our grub as a sample.  What yall think ?  :smilewink:

I'm not sure, those pork rectums say they are inverted.  I'm not sure about that.

or maybe,  :beer:  put them on some Rocky Mountain Oysters like a head brand and fried them together :D
