IlovemyCub im just a lil over 4 hrs from you. so today i went out and looked it over while i was pulling the carb to clean it. the lead from the points to the coil and shorted and some point and melted the coating off the wire, the coil looks like its in rough shape in the connact area. im gonna get the carb cleaned up within the next couple days and get it back on.

Please don't talk like that.

What would scrap value be - about $50 to $75 minus gas to get it there?

Hopefully you can get it running - would be worth much more than your asking price.

Even as is, the sum of its parts should exceed your asking price.

Hang in there - someone should be along soon that will help you out.

And congratulations on your upcoming nuptials.

Hey backwoods, I don't think I'll be able to buy the tractor. I have to many as it is and I don't think my truck could travel that far. But, I would not scrap it! Its a great tractor! I would try and craigs list it. Thanks Ian
