Hauled in two Swisher Big Mow riders,a Wil-Mow,a Roof rider,two antique snow blowers,a 50's Ariens tiller with hand crank start Wisconsin,a Sears ST10,and more.Here is some pictures.Does anyone have any info on the Wil-Mow,i haven't found any thing on the web about them.

Nice save :thumbs:  Is that a belt on that little 3 wheel rider w/roller  going to the front ( right under the steering wheel ) ?

Yes Alc,those Big Mow's are front wheel drive and the front wheel can be turned 360 degrees making them zero turn mowers.

I believe its a Tecumseh.

 

The reason I was asking was I was hoping that we could date it by the engine. For Tecumseh, the year is the first number of the serial number.  You have to estimate the decade: 1972, 1982, and 1992 all look the same!  The date is the next three digits, out of 365, it is the number of the day of the year.  The final letter is the manufacturing line.

 

This works most of the time.  It isn't as exact as Briggs.
