I have this Allis turning plow and I am not sure if it is all there. I believe all that is missing is the lift rod that attaches to the chain? Also this is a 14" plow. Any idea if a 16hp hydro will pull this plow efficently without damaging the tractor? I've had this for about 15 yrs. What would be a fair price for it if I wanted to sell it? Thanks. If you do decide to sell it, let me know because, I'd be very interested!

I highly doubt this is a 14" plow.  How are you getting this measurement?  This is where you get a proper measurement.  Actual measurements of a 12" plow will be like 11 1/2", 9 1/2" for a 10" plow.  Your tractor can handle a 10" or 12" plow fine.

Yah, I was measuring it wrong. I measured along the moldboard. Now that you show me it probably is a 12". Big country if I decide to sell it I will let you know. Am I correct that I am missing the lift rod? Thanks guys for the help. Roger.

The manual for that plow (with parts list) is in the manuals section (here).  It does look like you are missing the lift pin & associated hardware.
