I want to take the 16 from the cub and repower my alls 410. Will the oil pan from the 10hp fit the 16?

It will fit I beleive but you will have to shorten the oil dipper on the bottom of the rod as it will hit the pan. You will be losing about 1/2qt of oil capacity. Not so sure that would be a good idea.

There are several flat bottom 16 kohlers. Are those pans deeper than the 10s?

Are you talking about a K341? There are a couple different styles of block/oil pans, and they don't interchange.

I bet  a guy with a milling machine and an extra oilpan could make a spacer to increase the oil capacity.
