It certainly does feel like yesterday.. Sad part is most of us don't know the name of even one of the victims name in this and yet we can all say the name of the person responsible. I refuse to repeat his name as it gives him five more minutes of fame and he does not deserve it. It truly should be the other way around. I'm ashamed that That's how it is..

That is just a wonderful project to do for all the men and women who went through that tragic event. Not to take away from this post but It sort of hits home up here in the Boston area with everything they just went through. I hope down the line after things get sorted out that the people of Boston do the same. Boston kind of took the national spotlight but lets also not forget anyplace this has happened as people lost their lives in these awful acts of crime. Also, God Bless the people in Texas, where even know it was not a crime, the outcome is the same.

This past week has been a very tragic week!  It is hard to believe it has been 18 years since the tragic bombing in OKC but yet here we are still dealing with the senseless death's and maiming that took place then.  What is to be gained by all this?  The perpetrators that performed that brutal terroristic act back then accomplished nothing except creating a lot of heart ache and misery for a lot of people and putting them selves in an early grave.  9/11 and Boston the same thing what did they really accomplish?  It is such a shame that so many peoples lives are for ever changed because of idiot's who haven't a clue!

Thanks Pat for Sharing this with us.

Bill,I am afraid they accomplish just what they set out to do. Terrorism is about making people afraid to do the things they do in their everyday life. Or at the very least have doubts about doing so.
Drake Relays are just a coulee weeks away. And Officials are rethinking and revising their security plans.
They are telling people going to the Nascar Race in Kansas tomorrow to arrive early as security is going to take longer to get through the gates. The list will go on.
