Calling for frost tomorrow morning in central KY!  Gotta cover my blueberry bushes.  Tiny plants I just mail ordered a few weeks back, but two of them do have some blooms, so I may get enough to make one blueberry pancake!  :D

This nutty weather sure sucks!  No corn planting this coming week either as it looks now!

Not often that it is warmer here than in Bama. We got into the 60's today which is the warmest it's been so far this year.

It is cool here as well.  Frost warning all along the North West GA  & Bama.  Got an MC lunch ride tomorrow, looks like I'll be in winter wear again.  :(

We'll run low on corn silage by the time chopping time arrives already!  May have to feed more dry hay to offset silage.

Was 47F this afternoon, 44 now at 7:17pm. Did I mention frost tomorrow morning?  Not getting cold enough this go round to harm my neighbors orchard business thankfully.  They have it all on the line when these late frosts come round.

Better have enough cakes for all of us dan :smilewink:

Pancakes will be a plenty....but I'll get all the blueberries!   :rolling:  :smilewink:

Daniel, I'm sure you'll eventually warm up and be much warmer than us. I hope you get the rain you need this year and that it's a bit cooler than it was the last couple of years. The heat you were describing last summer made me tired just hearing about it!

yeah Chicagoland was no picnic today either I just hope the water is down by Monday so I can get thru on I 55

Yesterday they had the Southbound lanes closed at I 80 between there and next exit, there was water and logs that floated onto the road;  they forced everyone off of 55 onto 80

within a couple hours the water had risen to also cover the Northbound side that I had just driven on (and it was dry!) like a couple hours prior.... I just got home from my Mom's house, I mowed today for the 1st time of the season a full month-plus, later than last year.

Mowed in a flannel, it was 42*F while I was out there at like 6:30 this evening... crazy
