Al, did you heat it and straighten it or was it just pressure?

You might try heat to straighten and then stitch the outside of where the bend was with some 70xx rod to kind of put it in tension. It's always amazed me how much weld will pull a straight piece of metal

I just laid it between 2 blocks and used the PKs loader for down pressure

I spoted a plow on cl for $30 in the town my brother works and asked him to pick it up for me . I'm not sure if it's a 6" or 8" plow but sure be able to make one good one between the 2 . He's coming for his  45th class reunion ( wow he's old lol ) first week in Oct so I'll be getting it then .
