Have this lever on left of tractor, down on a frame stud. It has a small hole in a square attached to it that looks like it needs a rod to it. I cannot find this part on the parts pages of manuals. Doesn't look added on, but not sure. Owner's part talks of a lock lever for the rear band brake off the rear chain drive to lock, but this is too far away???  I don't see any lock like item on my tractor like shown in the parts pages though. Pix are kinda dark, hope they show up here.

Never mind them They're just trying to help!

It sure looks like a rod should be attached to it.

Is the end of the rod broken off? It is hard to tell from my phone.

Sure looks like part of a handle. Do you have a pic from back a few so we can see the layout?

Found manuals for decks and YES, that is the clutch for mower engagement handle. guess it will be coming off then. I have no deck, just a blade which I haven't tried to mount yet, but looks like a puzzle also.

Any interest in that lever/handle I took it off tractor. Never gonna have mower while I own it. Can take a pix or two if needed.
