I saw this one this morning, but waited to see if it would last.  It has.

 

There is a slight language issue, a potty word, but it only adds to the truth of the advertisement.

I always thought you needed a gearbox to turn 90 degrees, it looks like the PO is trying to do it with one pulley.

I believe there are two pulleys and a belt.

 

Why wouldn't anyone like that for a yard ornament? The S**t is perfect to grow flowers in.

My step dad's term for one of those rascals was a "T**d Hearse".

 

Personally, I'd call it a "Political promises delivery system"
