I bought this tractor with 47" mid deck, snow thrower, plow, rear wheel weights and chains. It was in running condition. Had to replace an idler pulley on the mower deck, mower deck belt, mower drive belt, spark plug and condensor I changed as well. Runs great. The plow and snow thrower seem to be complete. I paid $1,000 for all of it and I think I got a good deal. What do you think.

Welcome to GTTalk, Thomas.  Pictures would help us.

If you think it will suit what you need it for, then I think the price was right for you.

I sold a 212 last year with the big deck and a finely tuned snowblower for around that dollar amount. Mine had weighted tires and chains and was in really nice shape. I think you're in the ballpark.

Welcome to GTT. There are getting to be quite a few of us from "The Quiet Corner"  of CT. Its a good deal if you are happy with it. Compare it to what you would get on todays new market and you have a machine that probably would have cost 5x what you paid. The rule here is" you don't own it until you post pictures". Good Luck, Rick

Welcome to GTTalk. I know that prices continue to escalate on the older 200 and 300 JD's. It would be a good deal to me getting all the attachments with it for that. If the tractor has been maintained then that makes all the difference.

Welcome to GTTalk! Not sure what they bring in other areas but around here that would be a good price for the package,I see nice 200 series tractors go quite frequently in the $500 to $700 range and that's without attachments.
