Poor souls. I really hate using the word hate, but I hate some people.

May the lord watch over the victims of today and their families and let us have a reminder that everyday we are here, is a day that we should be thankful for. My thoughts and prayers go out to the familes and friends of this.

My wife and I have volunteered for the marathon for the last 10 or 11 years, as ham radio operators. As luck would have it, this year we were stationed about 11 miles out from the finish line so we missed all of the mayhem. Our station closed down at about the same time the explosions happened.
We were listening to the broadcast radio on the way home and knew it was bad, but once we got home and saw the video and pictures... WOW. just wow.
As you watch the footage, we could have been any one of those people in the yellow jackets you can see running around.
Next year's marathon is definitely going to be different, that's for sure.

The first thing I did was try and get in touch with my dad, He was in Boston today. So it was a relief to talk to him. But... My heart dropped when I saw the news! My thoughts and prayers go out to all that have been affected by this senseless act. I can't really say anything else right now, It's just to sad of a situation.

If they can without a doubt tie him to this in any way....no trial should be given!

This could have been far worse considering the numbers of people who were in the areas. Things are changed here.

It's such a shame that crowds cannot gather these days without fear of attacks. Time to stop coddling these sadists!

Been watching the news on this, so sad. Dude in custody is Saudi. I hate bombs!! Prayers for those there.
News is now saying a Saudi national is in custody as a suspect.
What news is saying this?
4 local stations, continuous live updates, briefing from Governor, FBI & Police Commissioner within past 5mins..
No mention or confirmation of this. Maybe we could slow down and reign in the frenzy.
