Well, as luck would have it the pulley I ordered is back oredered! :wallbanging:  Don't know when it will be in. No one local has one. Even tried 30 miles away and no luck. A small engine shop has a "weld a pulley"( that's where you match a hub with the pulley and weld them together) but they only have a 4 1/2" or a 5". Battery is on schedule to be in tomorrow so that will be good. I figure a 5" pulley would make the tiller run a bit faster than it is supposed to. I think a little faster is better than a little slower with the 4 1/2' pulley. Was hoping to get the ground tilled tomorrow so we can concentrate on teh rest of the yard. Plan B looks like tomorrow. We will see how that goes  . thanks. Roger.

Roger, the 5" pulley is what originally came with the 36" tillers. Simplicity didn't ship the pulley with the #1690039 tiller since all the tractors made at the time used the pulley that was part of the cone clutch. It was 4 3/4".
