Apparently, it is not enough for a test to probe and challenge our mastery of the subject matter.

Here are a few of my recent ones:

Quiz 5 REALLY..JPG

Somehow, when looking to fill in the blank, I don't look for an answer that references the correct answer AND itself.  Choosing the correct answer is WRONG.

This little number appears to ask that every file be printed out on one line.....Not one file per line, but all files on one line.  Answer D will list all files requested......one file per line.

Question 9 workbook 8 chapter 2.JPG

Guess I'll have more.

The first one is from a test on Windows Server 2008 R2.

The second one is from a RedHat / Linux class.

Psychological warfare indeed, with me as the test subject.

Starting the final exam for my Business and Technology course now.  Updates later.  Reservations for either a celebration or a pity party are being made.

Break out the champagne !!  Scored 50 out of 50 for a perfect 100!!

I had a 92 going into the final, now I've secured an A

Anyone that hasn't been a student recently, at our local college the final test can be anywhere from 20 (unusual) to 55 percent of the final score, which means that it doesn't matter how diligently you worked during the semester, a bad test day can wreck your final grade.

Only 4 more to go now.  On to Linux, then C++, then Networking Technology, and finish up with Windows Server.  UGH!

Back to crazy test questions.  Here is one, doesn't matter if you know the subject matter.  Does "All of the above" count as a correct answer when all the answers are below it?

I believe that question is derived from an old Hindu parable.  I just can't recall which one just now....

Another semester, more crazy test question.  These randomized answers are killing me.

Once again, we have the correct answer, (A) saying "All of the above" when it should be "all those below".

All of the above.JPG

And then we have answer (B) saying (A and B) when in fact it is both (A) and © that are correct.

Test Really..JPG

And for the final piece of bizarreness:  BEHOLD, the perfect 20 out of ...ZERO??!!

Test score 20 out of zero.JPG

Not to worry!!!  All questions are meaningless!  The answers are meaningless no matter what they are!  Everything that needs to be known in future will be handled by China!  Thank Heavens for their attention to quality or we would have nothing of value here any more!
