Thought I would post a few pics of my son's 990 - painted flat black with a couple of red accents, haven't got to the rims yet, might try chrome spray that I picked up at NAPA. Runs great, almost ready for the first pull of the year next month.

Not bad looking.  Chrome paint would look sharp.

Nice job. How old is your son? If he is real young you are going to have to keep that in the shade when not in use. On sunny days that flat black can get very hot. A silver colored tarp over it will keep it cooler when not running. Good Luck, Rick

Looking good.

I think our first pull of the season will be in June.  I haven't had a chance to update the web site for 2013.

Are you pulling with good-time or other folks as well?

Dwayne.

Solid looking 990. Maybe red wheels like your accents would look good as well. I have found it's not always easy to get a nice finish with the chrome paint.

Not sure probably both to a degree, I leave that up to the boys where they want to go..their cousins pull as well. The Carruthers Kids are from Morewood, they pull cub cadets.

I'm partial to the blue gear drive in the background on picture number 3

So is my youngest son, though he is warming to the Copar Panzer 200 series beside it.
