Have MM BG, same as Avery. Last few years of going to shows many fellas had a solid state regulator on their tractor, cause they switched to 12 volt and maybe alts. I now have 12 volt in tractor, starts instantly now and is nice, BUT, can't get it to charge. Gen is showing up to 24 volts while running. I have the old cut-out on it now and is 6 volt, so that has to go. I wanna get one of those solid state units. How about anyone here know what that is and where to get? A number? It's a real small square box and two hook-ups to it, plus the body is ground. What should I get?

Never Mind, went and got a GM one-wire alt and have mounted. Now need the belt changed and it is too tight of spot between the front crank parts and claw on crank of engine to pass thru w/out removing the crank system. *&^%$, why always this little PIA stuff happen to me!
