Congrats! That looks like a big tiller, how wide is it?

You might find something about the belt in the manuals section.

Congrats on the new tractor. Those are a solid looking tractor and a tiller that wide will make short work of most gardens.

Nice MW. Someone should be along to help figure out which belt you need!

Gopher, I see where the should be, but can't tell if it's there or not. I can see discoloration on the side of the tractor right above where your right foot would rest. I have to check when I get home, if I can remember, but I have manuals for the Ford version of this tractor and tiller.

The tag is gone. The po must have just taken it off before he brought it in.I think Iv'e got the belt sizes figured out.  5/8 x 58 and 5/8 x 35. There is suppose to be a spring on the tiller drive idler is not there. In the manuals I cannot tell where the end of spring hooks to.Off hand would you know what it attaches to?

The Belt should be 5/8" x 35"  Wards part # 11943  Gates B32 belt crosses with that number.

Here's one on Ebay for $7.50 free ship.http://www.ebay.com/...=item5aeea7334c

Here's a very good manual for the tiller.

http://gardentractor...33-inch-tiller/

Looks like one end hooks to the idler and the other end hooks to the guard in the big hole on the opposite side.

I never had a tiller for any of my old Gilson Wards tractors but I've had just every other attachment other than the loader.
