I agree, $600 is a real good price, for what you're getting. Looks rust free, and

straight.

If I where you, I'd grab the other one, for a couple hundred if possible.

Nice find. Congrats.

The blue push mower with the shroud completely covering the engine is a QuietFlite model 5251, another LawnBoy. Very rare find in that condition. Got a little help identifying that from some LB mower gurus.

Great find. A runner with the tiller in that condition is a nice find.

As for tines, what are the dimensions? Maybe someone has an idea"

I wish it had both extensions (only has one) on the tiller. And the tines are pretty worn. I have the same issues with my JD33 tiller. Can't find replacement tines. And I believe the MF 550 and JD 33 are essentially the same tiller.

I have info on replacement tines for JD tillers. I will look it up and get it posted for you.

Got the MF14 home yesterday afternoon. It seems to run fine, idles nice, and should clean up well. Pictures to follow after work today. I did make the mistake of pulling the oil dipstick while it was running and got sprayed with oil. Hopefully, it's only a vent issue and not a blown head gasket. More to follow...

Got the scanner working. Just uploaded the Operator's Manual and Assembly Instructions for MF14 and MF16 Garden Tractors in the Manuals section. Enjoy...
