I got the hydraulic lines hooked up and raised the blade the first time and swiveled the blad each direction and it works great. Next I have to work on the cowling and hood latches to finish them off.

We just downloaded the video on You-Tube of me driving the Hot Rod John Deere out of the workshop for the very first time. The clutch is sticky after sitting over 2 years and the carb is sensative too. But it was fun to finally get to take it for a drive. Visit my webpage and click on the link to see it if anyone wants too. Today I am working on the cowling and hood straps on the jd 9630.

Today I will pull out the 2 jd trailers I made last summer and pull out the other four tractors. It has been so dry here and the lawns are brown so this is my way of greening things up in a hurry , ha,ha. I'll post a video this afternoon of the jd 9630 coming out of the shop with the Working Degelman Blade for the first time. I got a little sidetracked yesterday putting some bigger tires on some Tonka trucks but today I am back in the shop working on the jd 730 . I will do the first design work on the old fashioned style front end loader project for it.

My wife just took a video of me driving the mini jd 9630 raising and lowering the blade and swiveling it side to side  and driving it in the backyard. When we came in to review it the sun was in the worst angle possible and much of it was washed out and we did not like how it looked at all. So we'll try again in the morning before the sun gets too high . I did get the mini jd 730 battery installed and drove it out of the shop for the very first time this afternoon. It is a smoker and it is not a diesel , ha,ha. Here is another family photo now with only one tractor missing. Tomorrow all 9 tractors  will be together for the very first time ever. So I'll share the video if it looks better.

We decided to upload the you-tube video in the sun afterall. So the link is now on my webpage if anyone wants to see it at www.doncampbellmodels.com

Todays picture shows (all nine) of my tractors lined up for the first time ever along with one wagon and one trailer I made last summer. The Bolens/Iseki is also in my backyard and Kurt Smith will be getting that in a couple weeks to take home for a future project of his. He has a friend that is a expert mechanic on small diesel tractor engines so it will work out great for them at his Little Tractor Co. where Kurt builds awesome mini tractors.
