What Is This Style Of Hitch For?

One of the John Deere 318 I picked up has one of these hitches on it. I didn't know if it was a special purpose hitch for a certain attachment or what? The right side of it looks like rectangle tubing with gussets. Its not a very good picture, i will take a better picture of mine and post later. If anyone knows please inform me. Thanks

Might be a power flow bagger hitch.
