Cinnamon rolls made fresh salad ready for dinner and a rack of ribs ready for the grill. Nedd to try to the smoker next time. Have a great day.

I think we are having steaks cooked on friend Aaron's smoker he built. I opened the lid on it yesterday and got very hungry just from the smell emanating from it. Hope to get him to do some ribs and briscut later this spring! That thing is awesome. Maybe I'll get some pics for you guys.

Well I tried cobbler in the Dutch oven over charcoal and I burned the topping. I'll have to work on that recipe. It took a couple of tries to get me baked beans right.

That all sounds good. We're having our big meal tomorrow. Traditional turkey dinner with lots of vegetables.

AMIG= you are nothing but an instagator, all this stuff you B.B.Q. then force the aroma to drift east of you to Arkansas and make use suffer.

Happy Easter, Enjoy all that good sounding fixins.

I've made better ribs before. The little piece that's missing had to be removed to get it to fit on the sheet pan.
