Yesterday a guy called me looking for a large frame driveshaft with a good fan. I told him I had one sitting on the self and bla bla bla.

He needed one asap and showed up today and bought it.

Today I go out to my shop and looked at my 1250 and sure sh*t...

I just sold my good driveshaft with fan that I needed.

Boy do I know how you feel.  I sold a set of piston rings yesterday I needed today.  Now I have to buy from someone else what I had for cheap.

Keep looking, considering your memory isn't what it was, maybe you have another one laying around

P.S. I'm still trying to figure out why I have (6) 1/2" & 9/16" wrenches  :D

The way I would look at it is that you made the guys day having one to sell, though it was the one you needed. I'm sure someone has one for you somewhere.

In the :poke:  department, I bet the driveshaft you find is $20 more than the one you sold.

I have had a rough week on the wallet. I screwed up on tires that have set me back a bit. I found out today the tread is different.   images mario.jpg
