Hope you get the job. That hidden paycheck of benifits is a big thing nowdays. The fact of it being closer to home is also a big benifit. GOOD LUCK!

I hope you get the job: I think if they don't pick you they're missing something.
Besides, you might get employee discount on parts, which means you could start collecting Deeres and "restore for less."
