It's obvious the seller has no idea what it is... probably bought it for nothing at an auction or took it in on trade. No telling what he would actually take for it.

Very cool!!! I don't $1500 is to much out of line. It looks to be in very good shape.

Not sure it's a real pug. Maybe this is a home made job and someone told him it was a pug?
Unless someone has one that looks like this?

If it's built right and has hydraulic lift front and rear, plus hydro steering, a 2? hp engine... it could be WELL worth $1500. Depending on the engine, it could have been most of that cost!

You guys are probably right, not a bad price....I was just saying no way I "could" pay 1500 for it :D

I would give all of your tractors for that. As I recall they were a commercially manufactured machine. Very nice looking.

That is a Twister Tractor, made by Bruce Manufacturing, Bruce, WI.  From everything I can find, it SHOULD have a Briggs 16hp engine.

I'd REALLY like to have that rascal, but momma is looking at a new-to-us "Long distance tractor getter", so I'm going to have to pass.

That is definitely on my "when I win the lottery" list.
