Hello,

I've been thinking about picking up a more "modern" Bolens to go along with my Rideamatic.

I'm looking for something I can put a tiller and a snowblower on, so I've been thinking Tubeframe...

Good choice? Or is there something better?

I have seen a 1256 locally, and am wondering if there is anything in particular I should be looking for, like common problems on them?

Would a 1256 be a good fit for me, based on what I want to do?

Thanks for your help.

Bob

Look at the Bolens attachment table to see which tillers will fit the 1256. The hydro trans and hydraulic lift will make it much easier.

Personally, I think that the 1256 was the best of all the tube frames.

It has an engine big enough to do some serious work, but one that won't use a lot of fuel.

Hydro with hydraulic lift...what's not to like :D :D :D
